Led development and delivery of a communications strategy (internal and external) to support the operational separation, transformation and rebranding of Catholic Education Commission Victoria (CECV) to Victorian Catholic Education Authority (VCEA).

Led content development for the stage one refresh of the NCCD website, including copywriting and creation of a clear content mandate. Recently re-engaged to deliver stage two, developing simplified, user-focused content to better support educators, families, and carers.

Led primary research and communications strategy development to support the delivery of priorities in the National Action Plan to Combat Modern Slavery 2020–25. Engaged diverse stakeholders, including community groups, NGOs, government agencies, and the Australian Federal Police.

Designed a grassroots communications strategy for the WPA, enhancing brand recognition threefold and boosting online engagement by over 200%. Launched a COVID-19 Global Mental Health Resource Library, later endorsed by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Led stakeholder engagement and developed a communications strategy to support a major organisational transformation - across both internal and external audiences. Designed the new communications function, defined key roles, and created the vision, processes, policies, and protocols to support its success.

Developed Tone of Voice brand guidelines and full website copy for Vicinity Centres - one of Australia’s leading property groups, managing flagship retail destinations such as the iconic Queen Victoria Building, Chadstone and Emporium Melbourne.

Led communications strategy development for Lionsville and the Victorian State Government’s divestment of land to Ryman Healthcare. Included organisation of community consultation meetings, media briefings and successful launch event.

Seconded to the Australian Government Department of Health & Aged Care’s COVID Vaccine Taskforce during the pandemic. Led stakeholder communications for the Aged Care Vaccine Rollout, working closely with State Governments, departmental Secretaries, and Ministers.

Developed an integrated communications strategy to support the launch of BHP’s internal cultural change program and brand repositioning. Delivered leadership messaging, online communications, training tools, and launch events to drive engagement and alignment.
